Former Death Row Records founder Suge Knight, 43, is suing Kanye West over that incident at the Miami nightclub three years ago in which Suge accidentally shot himself in the leg was shot and also robbed of a $135,000 diamond stud earring in the ensuing scuffle.

Suge says it’s Kanye’s fault because his security allowed “someone” to smuggle in a strap at West’s pre-VMA party at The Shore Club. Said unknown person used said smuggled gun to then shoot Suge in the thigh, shattering a bone.

Mos Def is wanted by the Las Vegas Police Department for “felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property” after the rapper and actor allegedly attacked a paparazzo at a fashion event back in August.

Def, whose real name is Dante Terrell Smith, was attending the Men’s Apparel and Garment Industry Convention (MAGIC) event, when he crossed paths with photographer Volker Corell. The snapper says he didn’t know who the hip hopper was and didn’t know why Def snatched his camera and whipped it to the ground.

Drummer Travis Barker is on the mend after being involved in the jet crash that injured he and his friend, DJ AM, and killed four others. Barker suffered second and third degree burns on his hands and lower body but was able to give an interview to Us magazine during his stay at the Grossman Burn Treatment center in L.A.

He says: “I hate planes. My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash, so when that happened … well, I’m just thankful to be alive! I’m just grateful to be here at all.”
