The replacement for 50-year-old Madonna has appeared on the scene. She’s the new girlfriend of 40-year-old director Guy Ritchie and she’s also in his new movie, “Sherlock Holmes.”

Us Weekly is reporting that actress Kelly Reilly, 31, is the gal to bring a smile to Guy’s face after a lengthy, sad marriage to Madonna that was plagued in recent years by emotional and perhaps even physical abuse.
