Anna Nicole Smith’s son died from an accidental drug overdose, a Bahamas jury has ruled.
The jury deliberated for less than two hours before recommending no criminal charges in the death of 20-year-old Daniel Smith.
Daniel died in September, 2006 after travelling to the Bahamas to meet his new baby sister.
Britney Spears’ dad wants his superstar daughter to ditch her pop career to become an actress, according to reports.
Jamie Spears, who is currently conservator of Britney’s estate, is looking into acting opportunities for the pop tart following her successful stint on the show ‘How I Met Your Mother’.
“Britney did a great job on How I Met Your Mother. She got the show its highest ratings yet, but more importantly for Jamie, he wants his daughter at a normal 9-to-5 job to keep her working and out of trouble,” a source told the New York Post.

Jordin Sparks has confessed she used to have a crush on American Idol’s razor-tongued judge Simon Cowell.

Fugees star Wyclef Jean [pictured left] has recorded a radio message urging people in his native Haiti to give up crime.
“If you love Wyclef that means you love Haiti,” the rapper, 35, says in an advert for local radio stations.
“So you should not be raping women, kidnapping people and children. There can be no excuse for doing so.”

Ledger’s uncle, Haydn Ledger, says Heath had a brief affair when he was a 17-year-old schoolboy. The woman, then aged 25, reportedly discovered she was pregnant after their relationship had ended and she was living with another man at the time.
Rumor has it that Madonna is serious about doing a remake of “Casablanca” - only updated to modern day Baghdad - and casting herself in the role of Ilsa played by the great screen legend Ingrid Bergman who was in her 20s when she filmed the classic. Imagine combining all three cinematic ‘Kiss of Death’ elements — Madonna + Iraq war movie + remake of a classic — into one Sure Fire Flop!
Amy Winehouse fans can expect a dark album from the soul songstress, friends have revealed.
Sources close to Winehouse say the follow-up to ‘Back to Black’ will be filled with songs about death and which reflect her depression.
“Her next album is darker than ever. She’s written quite a lot of [it] already,” a source says.
Bad news for men everywhere. Kate Beckinsale has vowed to strip on screen for future film roles, as she doesn’t want to embarrass her daughter.
“My mum was an actress, and she did a nude scene on television when I was about 9 or 10, and the crisis I had when everyone came to school the next day and told me they’d seen my mother naked just makes me kind of, you know,” Kate told AOL Movies.
