Singer Brandy Norwood has been completely cleared and won’t be charged in the deadly car crash she was involved in last year. The LA county DA’s office said Friday there was “insufficient evidence” for a jury to find her guilty of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter beyond a reasonable doubt.
